He has a proven track record of success on a wide variety ofcontractual / commercial arrangements and deal making in different industry sectors and he brings to bear the different perspectives of both client and contractor organisations looking up down and across the supply chain.

A Chartered Surveyor by profession, Norman holds Fellowship of the Royal Institution of Chartered (RICS), The Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS), the International Institute of Procurement & Supply (IIAPS), The Associations of Project Management (APM) and Cost Engineers (ACostE). He is also a member of the Institute of Directors (IOD), the Institute for Collaborative Working (ICW) and more recently he was admitted to membership of the prestigious Honourable Company of Master Mariners based in London in recognition of his work on complex international maritime projects.

Norman is a Visiting Professor at the Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen and he has a coaching mind-set and is passionate about the development and up- skilling of others.
